Karylin Veres - Jules

Karylin (she/her) is thrilled to be making her Red Theater debut! Hailing from sunny Arizona, Karylin received her B.A. in Theater (Acting Concentration) from Arizona State University. Recent credits include The Wild Party (Queenie), She Loves Me (Ensemble), both with Blank Theatre Company. Other credits include 42nd St. (Peggy), My Fair Lady (Eliza Doolittle), Thoroughly Modern Millie (Millie Dillmount), Titus Andronicus (Tamora), among others. Julia Rowley - Willa

Julia (she/her) has had the privilege of working with The Second City, iO, CIC, Theatre Above the Law, Pride Films and Plays, Promethean Theatre, and The Factory Theatre. She is lucky enough to be seen for a few seconds on TV shows such as South Side, Chicago Med, NeXt, and RESIGNATION. She has the Black Box Academy and NV Talent to thank for her credits. Outside of acting, Julia spends time with her neighbors, the Compost Kidz, and at work as a tour guide. She’d like to thank the welcoming creatives of this production for making the process so accessible and fun. She’d like to thank her family and friends for their steadfast support; as well as you, the audience, for spending your evening at Red Theater’s world premiere of Indoor Cats.

 

Ian Maryfield - Pete

Ian (he/him) is overjoyed to be making his debut at Red Theater! Some Chicago credits include: Krugozor! (Theatre Evolve); Recipe for Disaster (Windy City Playhouse); Comedy of Errors (Chicago Shakespeare Theatre); All Quiet on the Western Front (Red Tape Theatre - Jeff Winner - Best Ensemble); Photograph 51, The Originalist (u/s, Court Theatre); The Nutcracker (The House Theatre of Chicago); Fear and Misery in the Third Reich (u/s, Haven Theatre); In the Blood (Pulse Theatre). Commercial credits: State Farm, Guinness, Legendary Whitetails, Great Wolf Lodge and Avocados From Mexico. Television credits: Chicago Fire (NBC). Ian holds a B.F.A. from Oklahoma City University and is proudly represented by Stewart Talent. He would like to thank his mother and brother for their love and support and Meredith Ernst for being his love, his inspiration and his partner in crime. To God be the glory.

Sarah Wisterman - Panda

Sarah (they/them) makes a grateful return to Red Theater after their production of Vinegar Tom, and has also had the privilege to perform in Three Sisters (The Neighborhood), A Shayna Maidel (TimeLine Theatre), A Midsummer Night’s Dream, and As You Like It (First Folio). Film and TV credits include Chicago Med, Work in Progress, Candyman, and The Bear. Sarah earned their B.F.A. in Performance from Stephen F. Austin State University and is represented by Paonessa Talent.

 

Theresa Liebhart - Jules (u/s)

Theresa (she/her) is thrilled to be working with Red Theater again, after most recently playing the role of Goody in Red’s production of Vinegar Tom in 2022. Other Chicago Theatre credits include work with Shattered Globe Theatre in their Protégé Program, Midsommer Flight, Shakespeare All-Stars. Regional credits include Richmond Shakespeare Festival. Kelsey McGrath - Willa (u/s)

Kelsey (they/them) is a writer and performer residing and working in Chicago. They most recently studied with the School at Steppenwolf and with Stella Adler Studio in New York. They’re a graduate of the Black Box ACADEMY and have been on stage with Lifeline, Broken Nose Theatre, Eclipse Theater Company, and Red Theater! Harrison Lampert - Pete (u/s)

Harrison (he/him) is originally from Philadelphia and just moved to Chicago from Los Angeles. He is an alumnus of The Groundlings Sunday Company and has been featured in GHOSTED, American Housewife, Fresh Off The Boat, and The Daily Show. Harrison has also been featured in commercials for Progressive, McDonald’s, and Twix. He is very excited to get to be a part of this production!

Tess Galbiati - Panda (u/s)

Tess (she/her) is a Chicago actor, musician and writer, and is incredibly thankful to Red Theater for giving her the opportunity to play her dream role: A Cat. Favorite Credits include I and you (Wharton Performing Arts Center), Hamlet (Stone Soup), Doctor Faustus (Mythfest), The Wild Party (Front/Slash). Tess holds a B.A. with concentrations in writing and performance from Arizona State University. She also wants to thank her two live-in character studies, Jam and Toast, and their other human, Sean, for their love and support.
