Jack Rodgers | ROCKY Jack (any/all) is downright delighted to be making his Red Theater debut. He is a Chicago transplant native to Houston, TX and proud Texas State Bobcat (they’re everywhere). Previous credits include Billy and the Potato Powered Time Machine (Chicago Musical Theatre Festival), Ordinary Days (Off-Key Anthem), The Brutes (Theater Synesthesia), and White Gleaming Beach (FronteraFest). Shouts to Mom, Dad, Matt, Kelsey, the Fellas (all of ‘em, and in the order they’re imagining), and Doug Shay.

Tess Galbiati | DANDELION Tess (she/her) is a Chicago actor, musician and writer, and is thrilled to be in her second show with Red Theater! Favorite credits include I and You (Wharton Performing Arts Center), Hamlet (Stone Soup), Indoor Cats (Red Theater), and Doctor Faustus (Mythfest). Tess holds a BA with concentrations in writing and performance from Arizona State University.  

 

Hannah Antman | CHICKEN FEATHERSHannah (they/she) is stoked to return to Red Theater, where they previously appeared as Betty in Vinegar Tom. Other Chicago credits include work with Strawdog Theatre Company, Theatre L’Acadie, and The Arc Theatre. They also co-wrote and co-star in the short The Unfinished Film. BFA Acting: Boston University.

Evan Cullinan | DOUGLAS Evan (he/him) is thrilled to be joining Red Theater for this paleolithic play! Evan is an actor, composer and writer based in Chicago. Previous acting credits include Airness (Citadel Theatre), Noises Off! (Metropolis Performing Arts Centre), Henry IV Part I and A Midsummer Night’s Dream (Hoosier Shakes). His music was most recently heard for the short film It’s a Sign (Space Camp Productions) and An Artist And The Ember, which premiered in the Chicago Musical Theatre Festival in 2019 (Draft Two is on the way). As always, he would like to thank his family and loved ones for their support!

 

Lucas Matteson | ROCKY (u/s) – Lucas (he/him) is excited to be working with Red Theater for the first time. Recent credits include Windwalkers (Imposters Theatre Company), Morning in America (Connective Theatre Company) and The Rivals (Austin Shakespeare). He received his BFA from Texas State University in 2018. Beyond acting, Lucas is a writer, painter, and co-owner of Anti-Ghost Productions with his partner Dani Pike. Lucas’ play turned short film, Delirium, or My Heart Cries for You, is scheduled to shoot next year. lucasmatteson.com

Laura Rojas | DANDELION (u/s) – Laura (she/her) is thrilled to have her first show with Red Theater.  A New York native and The Theatre School at DePaul alum, she’s a personal stylist as well as an actor.  Laura has been seen in The Elastic Mind with Campfire Rep and most recently as Lorelei in Today Tonight Soon with Theatre L’Acadie. All love to her dad, grandmother, and brother.

 

Jessica Love | CHICKEN FEATHERS (u/s) – Jessica (she/her) is a theater maker in Chicago, making work centered on queer community and love. Acting credits include works with Midsommer Flight, Jackalope Theatre Company, and the Kennedy Center. Screen credits include Dirtbag (Chicago International Film Festival) and Chrysalis (LA Horror Film Fest). Directing credits include works with Three Brothers Theatre, Kennedy Center, Shakespeare Theatre Company, and Actors Theatre of Louisville.

Jacob Fjare | DOUGLAS (u/s) – Jacob (he/him) is pumped to be rocking with these wonderful cave-people. He is a proud educator at Lincoln Park High School where he teaches Band and Music Theory. Jacob has worked as a music director at various theaters and programs in and around Chicago including, Actors Training Center, and Northeastern Illinois University. Chicago acting credits include Someone You Know (Moxie), The Undeniable Sound of Right Now (Raven Theatre), Explorers Club (Citadel Theatre), Bonnie and Clyde (Kokandy Productions), High Fidelity, and Bare (Refuge Theatre Project) as well as productions with Underscore, House Theatre, Shakespeare All-Stars, Metropolis, and Random Acts.
